Pacific Western is a student of innovation. Decades ago PWT was the first to introduce TVs and VCRs in motor coaches. Reserved seat selection was a PWT brainchild. Most recently, the National Transportation Agency of Canada chose PWT for the “National Award of Excellence for Innovation in Customer Service” in recognition of our Toronto airport-to-hotel check-in service. In 2006 the OMCA (Ontario Motor Coach Association) recognized two PWT employees in the categories of Employee Excellence and Driver Excellence. PWT's Whistler Transit division received a CUTA (Canadian Urban Transit Association) National Corporate Recognition Award for Innovation. We continue to break ground by departing from yesterday's standards -- PWT service isn't a commodity, it's a pleasant series of events leading to a unique traveling experience.
